Smirthwaite, a respected designer and manufacturer of bespoke equipment for children and young adults with additional needs has expanded its commercial team with the appointment of David Weaver who will be taking on a new role of Export Manager.

An experienced Store/Retail Manager, David brings a wealth of experience in sales and negotiation. He previously worked at Smirthwaite as a Supply Chain Manager before transitioning to Prism Medical as Region Business Manager for the Southwest and South Wales. David will now be embarking on an exciting new chapter, returning to his roots at Smirthwaite as Export Manager.

Reporting to Claire Litton, Managing Director, David will focus on enhancing export efforts, researching markets, and formulating strategies. His appointment aligns with the company’s ongoing commitment to business growth, investing in its workforce, and delivering excellence to its customers.
