Heartlands Hospital in Birmingham is now equipped with two market-leading paediatric chairs in the children’s outpatient department, thanks to a generous donation from Smirthwaite.

Anthony Wright (Technical Product Advisor, Midlands) donated both the Juni and Heathfield chairs to Eve Chaeger, Senior Paediatric and Neonatal Occupational Therapist.

The Heathfield chair serves as an ideal introductory seating option for children aged two and older, as well as for adults who need minimal postural support while seated. Its understated design ensures it integrates seamlessly into nursery, school, and home environments. The Juni is our vibrant postural paediatric chair providing unique contouring, for mild to moderate postural support from 18mths old.

Our commitment to developing high-quality equipment specifically designed for children and young individuals with additional needs is evident in every product we create.

Our objective is to instill a sense of awe and wonder, enhancing lives and promoting joy. By incorporating valuable insights from children, parents, carers, and occupational therapists, we take pride in offering a diverse range of bespoke equipment tailored to meet unique requirements.
